• Fixed rate fee for selling residential properties regardless of selling price - ₤750.00
• Fee for selling commercial properties – 2% of the selling price
• Complete management service for Landlords – 10% of the monthly rent and no “Upfront” fees
• A Non Deposit Scheme for Tenants – one months rent in advance and an administration fee of ₤250.00
